Die patentierte Kaskadenfermentation 2.0 ist eine Weiterentwicklung der damals original entwickelten Kaskadenfermentation, erweitert durch ein Lysat aus Milchsäurebakterien sowie ein vergrößertes Zutatenspektrum aus frischen, sonnengereiften Früchten, Nüssen und Gemüsen.

Die Kaskadenfermentation ist ein mehrstufiger Fermentationsprozess. Als Basis dienen ausschließlich Rohstoffe, die unsere Natur hervorbringt.
