Chia pudding with Regulatpro® Metabolic topping

Chia seeds are the superfood when it comes to a high-fiber diet. © We Eat Healthy has created a recipe for chia pudding that will leave you wanting more. Regulatpro® Metabolic gives the topping that extra kick.

Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • 35 G Chia seeds
  • 250 ml Coconut drink
  • 100 G mango
  • 100 G pineapple
  • 10 ml Regulatpro ® Metabolic

Preparation: Chia pudding

1. Soak the chia seeds in the coconut milk for at least half an hour, but preferably overnight. Stir briefly every minute (about three times) and then allow the seeds to slowly swell. The initial stirring ensures that the chia seeds don't settle to the bottom or surface, but rather distribute evenly throughout the container.

2. Meanwhile, mix the fresh mango, Regulatpro® Metabolic and fresh pineapple to make a fruity topping.

3. Once the chia pudding has swelled and reached a firm, pudding-like consistency, pour the puree over it and enjoy!

To make the chia pudding even more interesting, you can add a few pieces of fruit to both the puree and the "pudding." This gives you something to chew on and an additional fruit flavor. Feel free to add a few extra nuts or seeds.
