What is the Magic Drops loyalty program?

With Magic Drops, we want to reward you for your loyalty. You receive Magic Drops for your purchases or when you invite friends to our shop.

You can exchange the collected Magic Drops for attractive discounts.
The more Magic Drops you collect, the more you can save – and at the same time do something good for your health and beauty from the inside out.
Who can participate?

To participate, all you need is an account in the Dr. Niedermaier online shop. With this, you can start collecting Magic Drops immediately. Simply click on the "Magic Drops" button. You'll find it in the bottom right corner of every page.

Unfortunately, the loyalty program is not available for B2B customers.
How do I collect Magic Drops?

You receive Magic Drops for many different activities: for every purchase (1€ = 1 Magic Drop), when you successfully refer friends or follow our social media channels.

You can discover all the options on every page in the bottom right corner: under "Magic Drops" and then "How to collect".
Where can I see my points balance?

Click the "Magic Drops" button located in the lower right corner of the page. Your current score will be displayed in the top bar.
How can I redeem my Magic Drops?

Go to "Potential Rewards." Here you'll find all the options you can redeem your Magic Drops for. Once you have enough Magic Drops, you can exchange them for a discount. Already redeemed points cannot be reused.
Can I use my Magic Drops during the checkout process?

During checkout you can Magic Drops can be redeemed for a voucher, which is then applied during the payment process.
How can I see how I got my Magic Drops?

You'll find the Magic Drops button in the bottom right corner of every page. Log in here and click it – you'll then see your Magic Drops history with all the points you've collected and the corresponding activities.
What happens if a referred friend cancels their order?

Your Magic Drops will be deleted and removed from your account.
Why is my score lower?

You or someone you referred has cancelled an order.
I completed an activity but didn't get any Magic Drops!

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and credit you with the Magic Drops.

Are you already subscribed to our newsletter and don't see the corresponding Magic Drops after registering? Then please contact us briefly and we will credit you with the drops retroactively.
