Terms and conditions of participation
Participation in the competition organized by Dr. Niedermaier GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the operator or organizer, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions of participation.

Competition procedure
The competition runs from December 15, 2025 to January 18, 2026. During this period, users can participate online. Twenty exclusive beauty drink sets, each worth between €24.90 and €28.90, will be given away.

To participate in the competition, the fields in the questionnaire on META must be filled out and the participation button clicked.

Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.

Only one entry per participant will be entered into the competition.

Participation in the competition is free.

Eligible participants
Natural persons residing in Germany or Austria who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not contingent upon the purchase of any goods or services.

If a participant's legal capacity is limited, the consent of their legal representative is required.

The following are not eligible to participate in the competition: all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition, employees of the operator, and their family members. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation at its own discretion if there are legitimate reasons, for example...

(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or the conduct of the prize draw, (b) in the event of breaches of these terms and conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair conduct or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the prize draw.

The winners will be determined after the closing date for entries by means of a random draw from among all participants. If the competition involves a task, only those participants who have correctly completed the task will be entered into the draw.

The winners of the raffle will be informed promptly via a direct message on Instagram.

The prize will be awarded exclusively to the winner or, in the case of a minor, to their legal guardian. Exchanges, in-person collection, and cash payments of the prize are not possible.

The operator will cover any costs that may arise for shipping the prizes. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The winner is also responsible for any applicable taxes on the prize.

If the winner does not respond within a period of 3 weeks after being contacted twice, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

End of the competition
The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.

1.) Processing of your personal data in connection with the prize draw

We process your personal data for the proper execution and processing of the prize draw and, in particular, for sending the prize.

To conduct the prize draw, the profile name and, if provided, the first and last name of each participant will be collected and stored. For the purpose of sending the prize, we will also collect the winner's first and last name and address and forward this data to a shipping company commissioned by us. Your data will not be shared with any other third parties.

The legal basis for this processing of your personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures and fulfillment of a contract).

If participation in the competition is made conditional upon consent to receive our newsletter, we will also collect your email address for the purpose of sending the newsletter.
We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for newsletters. This means that we will only send you email newsletters after you have explicitly subscribed to our newsletter.
You have expressly confirmed to us that you consent to the collection and storage of your data for sending newsletters in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of the GDPR. We will then send you a confirmation email asking you to confirm that you wish to receive newsletters in the future by clicking on a corresponding link. By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to use your personal data in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of the GDPR. The data we collect when you register for the newsletter will be used exclusively for the purpose of sending you promotional material via the newsletter. It will not be shared with third parties. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link provided in the newsletter or by sending a corresponding message to the data controller named above. After you unsubscribe, the newsletter will be discontinued and your email address and any other data you provided in this context will be immediately deleted from our newsletter mailing list, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use your data beyond this scope, which is permitted by law and about which we will inform you below.

2.) Storage duration

After the competition has ended, your personal data processed in connection with the competition will be deleted no later than three months after the end of the competition, unless there is effective consent for further processing (e.g. regarding newsletter distribution) and/or we have a legitimate interest in continuing to store it.

Severability clause
Should a provision of these terms and conditions of participation be wholly or partially invalid,
If these terms are or become invalid, the validity of these terms will not be affected.
The remaining terms and conditions of participation remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that most closely approximates the economic intent and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a gap in these terms and conditions of participation.
